Consent

to the use, processing, and transfer of personal data

Based on Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Autonomous Nuclear Industry Information Center (abbreviated name – NIIC), located at: 57 Gilyarovsky St., Bldg. 4, Office I, 7th floor, Moscow, 129110, in connection with my participation in the educational projects organized by NIIC.

The list of my personal data for which I give consent to processing includes:

• Surname, first name, and patronymic;
• Photo;
• Country of residence;
• Age;
• Email address.

The aforementioned personal data is provided for the purpose of organizing the educational projects NIIC.

I give permission for NIIC to transfer the personal data obtained to third parties at its discretion, and I also consent to the gratuitous use of photo, audio, and video materials, as well as other informational materials featuring my participation, in internal and external communications. Photos, images, audio, and video materials may be copied, presented, and made available to the public, published, transmitted, or adapted for use in any media and by any means, including in brochures and in all mass media, TV, films, videos, online, leaflets, mailings, catalogs, posters, articles, packaging, documentaries, television broadcasts, etc., provided that the produced photos and videos do not harm my dignity and reputation.

The following actions may be performed with the aforementioned personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, automated processing, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer of the above data, depersonalization, and destruction of personal data, transfer of personal data to any media, presentation of information constituting personal data in television broadcasts, other materials published by media both on the Internet and in any other form not prohibited by Russian legislation.

I consent to the transfer of the entire volume of personal data: to the archive of NIIC; to transport companies; to tourist and insurance companies; to the migration service; to medical and healthcare organizations and institutions; to other legal and natural persons – solely for the purpose of ensuring my participation in the projects, as well as to block and destroy personal data.

I agree that the processing of personal data may be carried out both using automated means and without such means. This consent is valid for 5 (Five) years.

I reserve the right to withdraw this consent by notifying NIIC in writing at the address of its location. In case of receiving my written statement of withdrawal of this consent, NIIC is obliged to cease processing or ensure the cessation of processing of personal data and to destroy or ensure the destruction of personal data within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of the specified withdrawal. NIIC is obliged to inform me in writing about the destruction of personal data.
